Payment and Cancellation Conditions

  • The booking can be cancelled free of charge up to one month before arrival (for bookings with more than 50 beds = 2 months prior to arrival).

A cancellation is only effective when we have confirmed receipt of the cancellation by email.

  • Up to two weeks before arrival, 10% of your booked beds can be canceled free of charge.
  • If individual beds are cancelled, we cannot guarantee exclusive occupancy of the room.
  • Unfortunately, we have to calculate further or later cancellations with the full accommodation price.
  • Please cover the invoice no later than one month before arrival, stating the "Reg-Nr." as purpose
    • by transfer to our bank account or
    • by paypal (to station@hostel-cologne.de) or
    • by credit card (we only need the number and expiry date)
  • Late or non-payment releases the hostel from the promised booking. However, this does NOT release the guest from the booking, in particular from his obligation to pay.
  • A refund (minus a processing fee) is only possible if the beds/rooms can be sold to someone else.
  • The cancellation conditions remain effective even if the booking is changed in whatever form.
  • Cancellations are only accepted in writing by email or letter.
